Job Overview
Assist the Baker in preparing, baking, and finishing bakery products according to recipe specifications. Maintain bakery hygiene, provide customer service, and support overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and baking bakery products

Clean bakery-related equipment and utensils

Maintain housekeeping standards in line with Pick n Pay Food Safety Standards

Report defective machinery or utensils to management

Provide general assistance with production tasks

Serve customers and handle bakery-related queries

Prepare wastage reports

Clean backup areas
-
Execute other reasonable assignments as directed by management
Minimum Requirements & Attributes

Conscientious, thorough, and accurate
