Role Overview
Provide professional beauty treatments and create awareness of Dis-Chem Beauty Salon services. Ensure excellent client care and maintain salon standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver facials, waxing, massages, manicures, and pedicures following Dis-Chem standards.

Maintain client records, feedback, complaints, and compliments.

Manage salon stock levels and ensure equipment is functional and sanitary.

Stay updated on new products, treatments, and techniques.
Requirements
Essential:
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
2-year National or International Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy
-
Minimum 12 months practical experience in a professional salon
-
Computer literacy and basic numerical skills
-
Willingness to work retail hours
Advantageous:
-
3-year Beauty Therapy qualification
-
Minimum 3 years’ technical/practical experience in a professional salon

Additional training: soft laser, microdermabrasion, spray tan, slimming treatments

Bilingual abilities
Competencies:

Knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and contraindications

Strong English communication skills

Team player, customer-focused, target-driven
