🧠 What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, operations, or project management

Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools

Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or R
-
Strong quantitative modelling and KPI management skills
-
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability
-
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
📋 Key Responsibilities
📊 BI Leadership & Project Management

Lead high-impact analysis projects and ensure timely delivery of BI outputs

Create and monitor team tasks, priorities, and progress toward deliverables

Conduct advanced quantitative modelling to provide data-driven insights
-
Draft progress reports and recommend corrective actions when needed
-
Represent the team in internal meetings and liaise with BI Manager
-
Escalate potential team conflicts and offer solutions
-
Guide new team members and ensure effective onboarding
-
Mentor team members on technical tasks and performance improvement
-
Oversee bug fixes, quality control, and team deliverables
-
Align with SDLC processes and support technical architecture (if needed)

Optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
