Job Purpose:
Bidvest International Logistics invites unemployed youth to apply for the YES Programme for 2025. This initiative, in collaboration with the South African government, aims to provide young people with valuable skills and work experience in the Logistics industry, helping to address youth unemployment.

Qualifications & Experience:
To qualify for the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent

South African citizen
-
Age between 18 and 34 years
-
Must align with the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the programme
-
Unemployed and not currently enrolled in academic studies for 2024
-
Code 08 Driver’s License required
-
Commitment to work full-time for 12 months
-
No previous participation in the YES Programme with any company

Interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
Key Responsibilities:

Commitment to a 12-month YES Programme, consisting of 25 modules (both theoretical and practical)

Theoretical learning will be completed on the YES Platform

Portfolio of evidence to be submitted upon completion of the Programme
