Job Summary

PPS is seeking a service-driven Broker Consultant to grow and maintain a base of Life Assurance intermediaries. This role combines business development, relationship management, and client service within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will work closely with intermediaries, ensuring accurate, high-quality service while supporting sales efforts and maintaining professional standards.


Responsibilities

  • Support and service intermediaries by preparing quotes, statements of benefits, and other relevant documents

  • Maintain constant communication and feedback with advisers on intermediary operations

  • Plan, organise, and manage liaison activities with intermediaries and their managers

  • Ensure continuous improvement of service standards to clients

  • Align all activities with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles


Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12; a 3-year Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma is preferred

  • NQF 5 – Wealth Management or RFP 3 certification is advantageous

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or Life Assurance, in sales or service roles

  • Intermediate knowledge of Life Assurance or Financial Services

  • Ability to influence and persuade by understanding customer needs and motivations

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Results-driven, resilient, quality-oriented, and customer-focused
