About the Programme
Afrisun KZN, trading as Sun Sibaya, is dedicated to supporting South Africa’s national skills development agenda through a structured Business Administration Learnership Programme. The programme is designed to provide unemployed individuals with an accredited NQF Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, offering valuable workplace experience that will enhance employment prospects.
Upon completion, successful learners will have gained competence in areas such as information handling, communication, customer service, technology, and business policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Learnership Programme, successful candidates will undertake the following key activities:

Manage office tasks (e-mails, mail, and telephone communication).

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workstation.

Capture and input data into the system.
-
Record paperwork and back-up documentation.
-
Report any suspicious transactions.
-
Coordinate administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

File and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements
To qualify for the Business Administration Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Matric Certificate.

Valid South African ID.
-
Proficiency in English.
-
Ability to work shifts and in a smoking area.
-
Sound inter-personal skills.
-
Well-presented and professional spoken communication.
-
Self-motivated with high levels of initiative and drive.
Additional Information

Appointment is subject to KZN Gaming Board Licensing.

This is a Learnership Programme, and there is no guarantee of permanent employment upon completion.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
