Role Overview:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing business processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency for SAB’s customers and sales teams. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring seamless deployment and continuous improvement of systems.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement technology solutions to support commercial and customer operations.

Support deployment and CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes for successful system upgrades.

Assist with SAP enhancements to enable improved business processes.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

Stay current with process and IT advancements to automate and optimize workflows.

Design and support enhancements to current commercial processes.

Troubleshoot and debug software issues, resolving technical problems promptly.

Develop and maintain training materials and user-friendly documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Ensure technology deployments align with the business strategy and meet stakeholder requirements.

Update, implement, and maintain operational procedures.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Support Zone commercial teams by resolving queries and tickets within SLA timeframes.
Profile & Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in Africa Zone commercial processes.
-
Strong SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) understanding.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
-
Proven ability to follow through on commitments.

Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

In-depth understanding of commercial processes and technologies used by SAB’s Africa Zone teams.

Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies and programming languages.

High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.

Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Solid grasp of software development principles and best practices.
-
Active member of an Agile Squad.
