Job Description
As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will:
Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Work with the team to gather business requirements and create documentation, such as Business Requirement Definitions, User Stories, and User Acceptance Criteria.

Support Senior Analysts: Assist senior analysts with tracking requirements and implementing business initiatives and projects.

Documentation Support: Help create documentation for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and new functionality design.

Collaboration: Work closely with different business units to document and understand business needs.

Participate in Walkthroughs: Engage in business requirements walkthroughs, design reviews, and test plan sessions.

Conduct JAD Sessions: Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to understand business requirements.

Execution: Implement business analysis tasks under the direction of senior analysts.

Feedback Adaptation: Revise requirements based on feedback from business stakeholders and team leads.

Analysis Presentation: Present your analysis back to business stakeholders with support from senior analysts.

Methodology Advocacy: Represent and advocate for business analysis methodologies and practices.

Final Requirements Package: Create and deliver the final requirements package.

Continuous Learning: Constantly build expertise by seeking feedback, keeping up with industry trends, and following best practices.
Education & Qualifications

NQF Level 7 or higher (or currently studying and plan to obtain this by the end of 2024).

Recommended study fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).
