MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline
-
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role
-
Experience in event and social media management
-
Past Marist Brothers Linmeyer student (advantageous but not essential)
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-
Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
-
Proficient in social media, mass email platforms, online marketing tools, and fundraising apps
-
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
-
Passion for managing social media platforms
-
Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media, and other external partners
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy aligned with MBL’s mission and values
-
Maintain and update alumni and stakeholder databases
-
Create content for stakeholder-focused communication
-
Plan and coordinate alumni and stakeholder events
-
Execute marketing, public relations, communication, and fundraising initiatives
-
Identify and cultivate alumni/stakeholder donors and volunteers
-
Represent and collaborate with the Parent Association (PA) and liaise with the PA Chairperson and school Executive
