Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites applications from business-minded, qualified drivers for a temporary owner-driver opportunity at its Polokwane site. This opportunity is open to candidates ready to contract independently with CCBSA and take ownership of their own delivery service operations.
Positions Available: 3 Owner Drivers
Key Purpose
To deliver CCBSA products according to contractual standards, upholding business ethics, operational efficiency, and company values while ensuring consistent, reliable service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Safe, efficient truck operation in line with K53 standards

Understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures

Responsible for crew safety and asset protection

Execution of delivery services within defined areas

Adherence to all safety and operational protocols

Maturity in balancing short- and long-term financial management

Excellent customer relations and interaction with third-party providers

Strong time and self-management skills

Knowledge of efficient transport and logistics operations

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Code 14 Driver’s Licence

Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)

3–5 years of heavy vehicle and trailer driving experience

Must be a South African citizen

Must reside in or near Polokwane
-
Demonstrated entrepreneurial ability

Basic understanding of business principles (e.g., income, expenses, profit, asset management)

Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and accident procedures
