Key Responsibilities:

A strong understanding of educational standards, aligning curriculum with IEB standards and school assessment policies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in teaching and learning.

Perform duties expected of a Business Studies & Accounting educator.

Collaborate openly and effectively with colleagues.
-
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
-
Work with online Learner Management Systems (Google Classroom, EdAdmin).
-
Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other pertinent information.
-
Provide individualized support and instruction to students, assisting them with academic needs.
-
Motivate students and grow the popularity of Business Studies & Accounting.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Adherence to the Christian ethos of the school.
-
Relevant qualifications in teaching Business Studies & Accounting.
-
SACE registered.
-
At least 2 years’ experience (preferably in an IEB school).
-
Criminal and Sexual Offender’s Clearance Certificate.
-
Excellent collaboration skills.
-
Creative approach to teaching, using innovative pedagogies.
-
Willingness to participate in the school’s extracurricular program.
-
Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-
Flexible and creative problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to adhere to the school’s code of conduct.
