About the Role
ADvTECH’s Emeris Online Centre is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Call Centre Operators (Fixed-Term Contract) during the registration period. Emeris consolidates resources from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct telesales and follow-up calls with prospective students.

Confirm whether students meet entry requirements and offer alternatives if needed.

Capture and manage student information in the database.

Book consultations for Student Advisors (Distance).

Provide detailed course information and manage conversion rates.

Respond to student queries and perform confirmation or reschedule calls.

Assist with marketing, administration, and database capturing tasks.
Minimum Requirements
-
Qualification: Matric essential; tertiary qualification recommended.

Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Admin, Marketing, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.

High accuracy in data capturing and typing

Excellent telephone communication

Strong organizational and administrative skills
