Purpose of the Role

Welcome clients and coordinate branch flow efficiently.

Provide excellent client service at ATMs and self-service channels.

Complete transactions and gain skills for a career in service consulting.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Clear criminal and credit record.

Detectable fingerprints on Capitec’s internal banking system.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience

Some client service experience within retail, financial, or banking environments.

Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and internal business processes.
