Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage the cash float

Operate the till and scanner accurately and efficiently

Receive and process all forms of payment

Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards

Adhere to security procedures and operational protocols

Operate and clean store equipment according to standards

Assist customers courteously and resolve queries

Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damage

Upsell products and services when appropriate
Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 (Grade 12 advantageous)

Basic computer literacy is an advantage

Strong numeracy and communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and execute processes efficiently
