Role Overview
Support customer service at the point of sale while ensuring a world-class shopping experience. Accurately record transactions and follow company policies to prevent errors and fraud.
Key Responsibilities

Process all sales transactions (cash, cards, vouchers, loyalty programs) accurately.

Handle cash securely and manage till balances according to SOPs.

Report customer compliments and complaints to management.

Adhere to customer turnover hourly rates and sales promotions.

Monitor and report suspicious behaviour.

Support store security and operational procedures.
Requirements
Essential:
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
Minimum 6 months cashier/till experience

Computer literate (MS Office)
-
Basic customer service skills
-
Strong numerical and English language skills
-
Willingness to work retail hours
Advantageous:

Knowledge of third additional language
