Job Summary

Broadacres Academy High School (Grades 7–12, IEB) seeks a high-energy, student-centered Educator for CAT, Coding & Robotics, and Junior Mathematics. The school follows a Constructivist Learning approach, fostering a love of learning and preparing students for academic, personal, and professional success.

Minimum Requirements

  • Recognized degree and/or 4-year professional teaching qualification

  • 3–5 years’ experience teaching Senior and FET phases

  • 3–5 years’ experience in the IEB curriculum and SAGS

  • Full SACE registration

  • Prior experience teaching the relevant subjects to Grade 12 level

  • Ability to create varied and innovative assessments (IEB-aligned)

  • Working knowledge of Constructivist practice

  • Flexible, adaptable, and creative teaching style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an IEB marker, moderator, or assessor

  • Passion for interdisciplinary Constructivist teaching

  • Knowledge of ICT integration in classroom and collaborative spaces

  • Willingness to participate in co-curricular activities (sport, cultural, administrative)
