CHIETA Administration Internships 2025 / 2026

About the Internship

The Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority (CHIETA) invites unemployed graduates to apply for its Administration Internship Programme 2025/2026. This programme provides exposure to a wide range of administrative functions within CHIETA, offering graduates the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on work experience while supporting skills development initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum average of 65%.

  • No previous work experience required.

  • Must reside in Gauteng Province.

  • A valid driver’s license will be an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good computer skills and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture accredited SDP/AC and ARPL data accurately.

  • Handle document control, filing, record-keeping, and tracking.

  • Provide administrative support to specialists and practitioners.

  • Assist in accreditation and RPL monitoring processes.

  • Prepare reports and liaise with stakeholders.

  • Support skills development activities in assigned organisations.

  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
