About the Role:

Participate in a 12-month graduate programme with mentorship.

Work in the Client Department handling complaints against financial service providers.

Gain experience in a target-driven, professional environment alongside lawyers, financial planners, investigators, and negotiators.
Requirements:

South African citizen with valid ID.

Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6).
-
Passion for public service and interest in financial sector.
-
Strong academic record.
-
Ability to work under pressure, self-driven, deadline-oriented.

Computer literate.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Register and assess new complaints.
-
Determine jurisdiction under FAIS Act or Financial Services Ombuds Scheme Act (FSOS).
-
Guide complainants on jurisdiction matters.
-
Liaise with complainants and service providers.
-
Refer complaints outside jurisdiction to other bodies.
