About the Role:

  • Participate in a 12-month graduate programme with mentorship.

  • Work in the Client Department handling complaints against financial service providers.

  • Gain experience in a target-driven, professional environment alongside lawyers, financial planners, investigators, and negotiators.


Requirements:

  • South African citizen with valid ID.

  • Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6).

  • Passion for public service and interest in financial sector.

  • Strong academic record.

  • Ability to work under pressure, self-driven, deadline-oriented.

  • Computer literate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and assess new complaints.

  • Determine jurisdiction under FAIS Act or Financial Services Ombuds Scheme Act (FSOS).

  • Guide complainants on jurisdiction matters.

  • Liaise with complainants and service providers.

  • Refer complaints outside jurisdiction to other bodies.
