Programme Details:
You will be placed in one of the following teams for the duration of the contract:
1. Client Services
-
Serve as the voice and heart of the personal investments business
-
Manage investor and adviser queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
-
Handle product and investment information requests
-
Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and other regulatory requirements
-
Use internal systems to log, track, and resolve queries
-
Deliver exceptional client service and maintain accurate records
2. Validations
-
Ensure transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance
-
Validate retirement and unit trust investment transactions
-
Confirm transactions with clients and process adviser applications
-
Maintain digital records and update client/adviser data
-
Work with internal teams on complex cases
-
Resolve compliance and validation issues

Experience & Qualifications:
