Role Purpose
Momentum is looking for dynamic, self-starting individuals who are passionate about client service to join their Client Service Administrator Learnership. The programme will help you develop key skills in the financial services industry and provides a pathway into career roles such as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant.
This is a 12-month learnership program starting on 1 February 2025. Upon successful completion, learners will receive an NQF 4 level qualification in Long-term Insurance (INSETA recognised). While the completion of the learnership does not guarantee full-time employment, it offers valuable experience to kick-start your career.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

Age: Between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2026).

Education: Must have Matric with:

English

Maths (Pure Maths or Maths Literacy) or Accounting

Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Previous Learnerships: Applicants cannot be committed to another learnership at the time of application, nor have they previously participated in a learnership.

Duties & Responsibilities

Take ownership of client service processes and requests, ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively.

Provide relevant information and documentation as requested, in line with guidelines.

Adhere to all relevant legislative and compliance requirements.

Client

Build and maintain relationships with both clients and internal/external stakeholders.

Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) made with clients to ensure that client expectations are met.
