Role Overview
The Communications Manager leads strategic communication and storytelling for the school, translating its vibrancy into engaging narratives across digital, print, and event-based channels. This role balances creative content creation with strategic brand management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the school-wide communications strategy with a cohesive brand voice

Manage, create, and curate content for publications, newsletters, video scripts, the website, and digital platforms

Drive social media engagement and visibility

Oversee editing, proofreading, and quality control for all communications
-
Conceptualise, develop, and deliver integrated marketing and communication campaigns
-
Support school events, Advancement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement projects
-
Collaborate with the Advancement team and cross-functional departments for alignment
-
Manage project timelines, processes, and workflows within the Advancement Office
Minimum Requirements
-
Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications, preferably in education or complex organisations

Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
-
Competence in digital communication tools, CMS, social media platforms, and visual storytelling
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-
Creative, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
