This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student who is passionate about process improvement, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in PowerBI (preferred) or Excel for data analysis and reporting

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (will be tested)

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology (will be tested)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

Industrial Engineering

Operations Management
-
Or related fields such as Chemical Engineering

Relevant coursework or project experience in continuous improvement or process optimization is a plus
📌 Key Responsibilities

Resource Usage vs Production Efficiency Report:
Create data-driven reports using PowerBI or Excel to compare resource usage against production efficiency. Identify trends and recommend improvements. -
Material Usage Variance:
Analyze how materials are consumed in production, detect variances, and propose solutions to reduce waste and optimize usage. -
Time & Motion Studies:
Conduct time studies to measure production speed and identify delays or inefficiencies. -
Lean & DMAIC Methodologies:
Apply Lean principles and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
