Introduction
Hesto is seeking two (2) Cost Planning Estimators to join its Finance and Costing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring accurate costing of all products manufactured within the organisation, providing financial insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare factory costings and sales prices for new models and parts.

Analyse supplier price increases and cost movements between parts.

Prepare customer annual price and quarterly adjustment reports.

Maintain and update all costing documentation for each customer.

Conduct cost evaluations of reduction initiatives and localisation opportunities.

Liaise with joint venture partners and customers on costing and pricing queries.

Track foreign exchange (Forex) and copper (Cu) cost fluctuations.

Prepare management presentations as required.

Perform costing for engineering changes and other production modifications.
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Essential)

BCom in Finance (Essential)

At least 2 years of costing experience (Essential)

Advanced Excel skills (Essential)

Knowledge of Syspro (Advantageous)

Experience in a manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
