Position Summary
The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, processing payments, and supporting the finance department in maintaining efficient procurement and payment systems. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced school environment.
Reports To: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders on Edadmin

Prepare payment documentation for invoice settlements

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain and update supplier information on Edadmin

Support procurement and compliance processes

Assist with audit preparation and documentation

Perform general finance and administrative duties
Minimum Requirements

Relevant finance or administration qualification (advantageous)

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a creditors/accounts payable role

Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management

Proficiency with Edadmin or similar financial systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Competence in email, Google Sheets, and/or Excel
