Job Purpose
The CSA/Driver is responsible for the assembly and delivery of meals, beverages, and catering equipment to aircraft. This includes ensuring accurate handovers to cabin crew, compliance with client specifications, and adherence to strict safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to company Code of Conduct and PPE requirements

Collect flight loading schedule and perform vehicle inspections
-
Load and transport meals, trolleys, bars, and equipment per airline schedules
-
Strip and reload aircrafts in line with load configuration
-
Operate hydraulic hoist system for safe aircraft access

Transport used equipment for cleaning/recycling

Report vehicle issues to Shift Manager

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness per HACCP standards

Communicate effectively with Operations team during shifts

Assemble trolleys/ovens per check and control sheets

Attend to special meal requests

Deliver and hand over correctly assembled flights to crew

Ensure compliance with SHEQ, HACCP, food safety, and security regulations
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
-
Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP

Minimum 3 years’ experience in in-flight loading

Familiarity with aircraft types and load configurations

Willingness to undergo:
