Minimum Requirements
-
A recognised academic and professional teaching qualification
-
2–3 years of experience teaching in the Foundation Phase
-
Experience in the IEB curriculum
-
Current SACE registration
-
Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan, control, record, and report on assessments
-
Attend meetings, forums, and workshops relevant to the grades/phase
-
Create a positive, engaging educational atmosphere in the classroom
-
Be accountable for classroom equipment and stock
-
Collaborate with teachers within the phase for smooth academic delivery
-
Promote and assist with teaching, learning, sports, and cultural activities
-
Maintain discipline within the phase
-
Take on administrative duties as needed
-
Commit to the values and ethos of Curro and the school community
