Minimum Requirements
-
A recognised academic and professional education qualification
-
3–5 years’ experience teaching Mathematics in the Intermediate Phase
-
Experience with the IEB curriculum
-
Current SACE registration
-
A clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan, control, record, and report on assessments
-
Attend required meetings, workshops, and forums for the grade/phase
-
Create and maintain a positive educational atmosphere in the classroom
-
Take responsibility for classroom equipment and stock
-
Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure effective teaching and phase coordination
-
Promote academic, sporting, and cultural activities
-
Maintain discipline within the classroom and grade/phase
-
Assist with admin and extra duties as required

Show a personal commitment to education and align with the school’s values and ethos
