Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand users’ pains, gains, and needs.

Design Work: Execute design tasks based on guidance from design project leads. Adapt designs based on feedback from customers and team leads.

Present Designs: Present your work to business stakeholders with the support of senior design leads.

Design Thinking: Advocate for and apply design thinking methodologies to solve problems and create solutions.

Final Designs: Create production-ready designs and prototypes at various stages of the project.

Customer-Centered Design: Use market analysis, customer feedback, and user research data to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Innovative Solutions: Contribute to the development of creative design solutions aimed at delivering world-class customer experiences.

Align with Standards: Ensure that designs are aligned with Absa’s brand guidelines and design standards for consistency across all channels.

Continuous Learning: Build and enhance your design expertise by actively seeking feedback and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Business, or any related field.

NQF Level 7 or higher, or currently studying with plans to obtain this by the end of 2024.
