Role Overview
IDM is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Business Intelligence Team. The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and generating actionable insights to support the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with Head of BI, analytics team, data engineers, and data scientists to enhance IDM’s data platform.

Develop reports and dashboards using PowerBI.

Mentor and guide junior team members in analytics and reporting.

Ensure accuracy and quality in all analyses and outputs.

Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.

Maintain excellent communication and documentation standards.

Support IDM’s mission by leveraging data to improve client outcomes and internal efficiency.
Requirements

University degree (preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, or Informatics).

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and MS SQL knowledge.

Experience developing PowerBI dashboards and reports.

Ability to mentor and train junior team members.

Knowledge of debt counselling processes is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
