About the Programme
iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, is offering a 12-month Debt Recovery Learnership opportunity. This programme is designed for individuals seeking hands-on workplace experience while completing a qualification at NQF Level 4.
It is ideal for previously disadvantaged youth who are eager to start a career in debt recovery and financial services.
Key Learning Areas
During the learnership, successful candidates will gain practical skills in:

Securing payment commitments from members in arrears

Handling collections-related correspondence and queries

Recording collection activities and member information

Assisting in repossession and legal process administration

Liaising with tracers, sheriffs, valuators, and lien holders

Supporting attorneys and debt collectors with payments and portfolios

Maintaining professional stakeholder relationships

Reporting on debt recovery progress
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:

Have Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting

Be unemployed and not currently studying

Be from a previously disadvantaged background
