Role Overview:
The Deputy Principal supports the Principal in managing the school and upholding high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and leadership. The role requires a collaborative and visionary leader who is passionate about education and dedicated to student achievement and school improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with the school’s mission

Oversee academic programming and timetabling

Conduct parent interviews and manage parent communication effectively

Implement and monitor the School’s Code of Conduct

Coordinate school events and calendar activities

Manage student discipline in accordance with school policy

Drive marketing, public relations, and advertising initiatives

Lead student leadership programmes and community outreach projects

Provide curriculum guidance and academic leadership

Manage school-related projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
