Job Overview
Under Armour is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms. The role focuses on content strategy, ad performance tracking, and driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute content strategies for social media, websites, emails, and paid campaigns

Brief and optimize content (text, images, videos) with design agencies

Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC) and newsletter flows

Track, analyse, and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates)

Conduct A/B testing and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic reach

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers for high-performing content

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years in digital content creation, marketing campaigns, or digital advertising

Experience managing PPC and social media ad campaigns

Analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), SEO, and email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo)

Project management skills, creativity, and adaptability

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
Preferred:

Experience in B2C marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms
