SAB is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to manage delivery operations, ensure excellent customer service, and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
This role focuses on delivery performance, quality control, and logistics optimization while leading teams and ensuring smooth operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🚛 Delivery & Productivity
- Monitor delivery performance and coach drivers
- Reduce refusals and improve delivery success rates
- Ensure accurate master data and delivery processes
- Identify cost-saving delivery methods
- Conduct regular market visits
🧪 Quality Management
- Ensure quality standards are followed during deliveries
- Handle and track customer complaints
- Train drivers on quality handling procedures
📦 Capacity & Operations
- Manage delivery capacity and route efficiency
- Track refusals and implement improvement plans
- Ensure return policies are followed
🤝 Team & Systems Support
- Monitor customer experience performance
- Encourage teamwork and cross-functional learning
🧠 Requirements
✔️ 3-year Diploma/Degree (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
✔️ Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or customer service
✔️ Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
✔️ Microsoft Office skills
✔️ SAP experience (advantage)
