Programme Overview:

Experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students, offering structured workplace exposure.

Duration: 3 to 18 months, depending on the student’s institution requirements.

Aims to enhance employability and provide practical experience in critical sectors aligned with South Africa’s SEZ (Special Economic Zones) Programme.
Fields of Exposure:

STP Laboratory (3 positions)

Fields: Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry

Experience: Hands-on laboratory work, research, testing, and development

Human Capital Management (2 positions)

Field: Human Resources Management

Experience: HR functions, employee engagement, recruitment, organizational development

Eligibility Requirements:

Currently studying towards a relevant qualification at an accredited higher learning institution

Must submit an Approved Request for Experiential Training Letter from their institution

Provide a full academic record (priority for top performers)

South African citizens, preferably residing in the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality

Age under 35 years
