Overview

The Eastern Cape Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) invites applications from qualified South African youth for its 2025/26 – 2026/27 Internship Programme. This two-year programme offers 20 internship positions to unemployed graduates across various fields, aiming to provide practical work experience within the provincial government.


Internship Benefits

  • Duration: 24 months

  • Stipend: R7,142.00 per month

  • Placement: Bhisho and district support centres

  • Experience: Practical exposure to public sector operations and service delivery

Who Should Apply?
