King David High School Linksfield is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly experienced Educational Psychologist with relevant qualifications for this position.
Key Qualities, Skills, and Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Educational Psychology.

Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as an Educational Psychologist.

Ability to assess learners’ cognitive, emotional, and social development through observation, interviews, and testing.
-
Expertise in identifying barriers to learning (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, trauma) and recommending and implementing strategies or interventions.

Provide emotional support and coping strategies to learners struggling with stress, behaviour, or personal challenges.
-
Passion for working with adolescents with barriers to learning.
-
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and create a collegial environment in the school.

Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and interaction with colleagues, parents, and students.

Prepared to embrace the ethos of a Jewish Day School.

Registered with the HPCSA.
