📌 Position Overview
JPI seeks an enthusiastic Senior Phase EMS Teacher to teach Grades 7–9. The role focuses on fostering financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and analytical thinking in learners. Both experienced educators and 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Teach Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) to Senior Phase learners according to the CAPS curriculum.

Deliver engaging lessons that develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Plan lessons, create assessments, and monitor learner progress.

Integrate ICT and digital tools into teaching.

Maintain records of attendance and learner assessments.
-
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school activities.

Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education (EMS or Commerce).

SACE registration and Police Clearance.

3–5 years teaching EMS preferred, though novice graduates may apply.

Strong classroom management, organisational, and digital skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
