Job Description:
Reddford House Blue Hills is seeking a dynamic and passionate English and History Teacher to join their team. This permanent position is for the Senior Prep phase, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both English and History. The teacher will create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach English and History to Senior Prep students (Grades 4-7).

Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans that align with the curriculum.

Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Promote an interactive and participatory approach to learning.

Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Encourage students’ development through extra-curricular activities where appropriate.
Requirements:

A relevant degree or qualification in English, History, or Education.

A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is essential.

Previous experience teaching English and History at the Senior Prep level is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about teaching and developing young minds.
