We’re looking for a candidate who has:

A suitable academic and professional teaching qualification

Proven experience teaching English Home Language in the FET Phase

Current SACE registration

Experience with the IEB curriculum (preferred)

A clear criminal record

As an English HL Teacher at Meridian Karino, you will:

Plan, deliver, and assess English HL lessons in line with curriculum standards

Maintain accurate records of learners’ academic progress and assessments

Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere

Collaborate with other teachers to ensure academic consistency across the phase

Promote and support co-curricular activities (sport, culture, events)

Uphold school policies, discipline procedures, and learner well-being

Take responsibility for classroom equipment and learning materials
