Minimum Requirements

A relevant academic and professional teaching qualification from a recognised institution

Experience teaching English Home Language in the FET Phase
-
Experience with the IEB curriculum is advantageous
-
Current SACE registration
-
A clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan, control, record, and report on academic assessments
-
Participate in meetings, forums, and workshops related to the grades or phase
-
Create a dynamic and supportive educational atmosphere in the classroom

Maintain accountability for classroom stock and equipment
-
Collaborate with colleagues for effective grade and phase management
-
Promote academic excellence and student engagement
-
Support school activities, including cultural and sporting programs

Help maintain discipline in the grade/phase

Assist with administration and other duties as required

Uphold the values and ethos of Curro and the school community
