Hold an appropriate university degree and teaching qualification.
Have at least 3 years’ experience teaching High School Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy/Quantitative Reasoning.
Advantage: Experience teaching Further Studies Mathematics in an IEB school.
Have working knowledge of IEB SAGs, CAMs, and CAPS.
Be skilled in using a SMART board.
Be proficient in at least two Mathematics teaching software (e.g., Desmos, Autograph, Efofex, MATLAB, Microsoft Mathematics, GeoGebra).
Be familiar with online teaching platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, Teams, Hangouts).
Be able to create new teaching materials, including audio and visual resources.
Be creative, collaborative, and willing to learn.
Have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Be enthusiastic and willing to contribute to the extra mural programme.
Have a clear understanding and acceptance of independent schooling practice.
