Eskom, South Africa’s leading electricity utility, invites applications for the Engineer-in-Training (Electrical Engineering) position within its Generation PTM Engineering Business Unit based in Witbank, Mpumalanga.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Eskom’s structured Engineer-in-Training programme.

Gain hands-on experience through institutional and on-site technical training.

Support the Protection and Measurement engineering team with project-related tasks.

Apply theoretical knowledge to practical engineering problems.

Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to Eskom’s operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:

Fully completed B Eng / BSc Eng (Electrical Engineering) degree.
Additional Requirements:

Must be a South African Citizen.

Successful candidates will undergo Eskom’s recruitment process and, if selected, be placed at the Generation PTM Engineering Unit in Witbank.
