This position reports to the Operations Manager and will commence on 1 January 2026.
We are seeking an Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our school’s campus. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive, hands-on management style.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and co-ordinate a team of maintenance, stores, and campus staff to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and upkeep of the campus.

Oversee all technical, maintenance, and grounds-related functions, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and environmental standards.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and execute maintenance schedules, capital projects, and campus events logistics.

Be present and available during large school functions and events.

Ensure the campus is always maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:

Must be prepared to work after hours and on weekends when required.

A technical background in estate/facilities management is advantageous.

Experience leading and working in multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work under pressure and adapt to the dynamic needs of a school environment.
