Executive Personal Assistant – Remote (South Africa)

Salary: R30,000 per month

About the Role

Support a busy UK-based property entrepreneur in both business and personal administration. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive EA/PA who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. You will manage workflows, systems, and schedules to allow the client to focus on strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities

Business Support:

  • Manage emails, calendar, meetings, and appointments for productivity

  • Handle supplier relationships and oversee ordering processes

  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring agreements are properly drafted and tracked

  • Manage financial administration including invoicing, VAT returns, and receipts

  • Delegate smaller tasks to subcontractors and track commissions

  • Develop and implement systems to streamline admin and operations

Personal Support:

  • Coordinate personal activities, e.g., triathlon/Ironman competition entries

  • Manage personal admin such as insurance renewals and household tasks

  • Oversee household renovations and related administration

  • Provide holistic support to ensure smooth running of all aspects of life and work


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Experience in the property industry is a plus

  • Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in productivity tools and remote work platforms

  • Full-time availability with flexibility for evolving priorities

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC
