Opportunity: Experiential Training P1 & P2

Applications are invited from Practical Trainees who need to complete their P1 and P2 experiential learning in the following disciplines:

Metallurgy
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
National Diploma (S4) in a relevant field
Proof of residence – preference given to applicants from local communities near Glencore Coal Operations South Africa
Selection in line with Employment Equity requirements
Shortlisted candidates will undergo assessments and interviews

Programme Details:

Duration: 12-month experiential learning programme
Assists practical trainees in obtaining their relevant diplomas
Includes a monthly stipend
