About the Position:
Masibambane College is seeking an FET English (Home Language) and Life Orientation Teacher to join their team in January 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the CAPS curriculum, proven success in Matric results, and strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to teach Life Orientation is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Home Language and Life Orientation (if applicable) to FET phase students.

Execute academic policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with curriculum standards.

Promote and embody the ethos and vision of the College.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with all stakeholders.

Organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree and PGCE or HDE.

Extensive knowledge of the CAPS and National Senior Certificate curriculum.

A proven track record of Matric results.
-
Ability to teach Life Orientation (advantageous).

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
-
SACE registration.
-
Valid Police Clearance.
