REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate.

DUTIES:
-
Render financial accounting transactions.
-
Receive and verify invoices, check for correctness, approve, and capture payments.
-
File all financial documents.
-
Perform salary administration support: process salary advices, bonuses, adjustments, and deductions.
-
Perform bookkeeping support: capture financial transactions, clear suspense accounts, manage debtors and creditors, process electronic banking, compile journals.
-
Monitor and follow up on debtor accounts; send statements monthly.
-
Render budget support: collect information from budget holders, compare expenditure against budget, identify variances, capture and allocate virements.

Receive and capture cash payments.
