What You’ll Do

As a Call Centre Intern, your responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing work schedules and attending meetings when required.
  • Taking ownership of customer complaints and ensuring resolution.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
  • 1+ year of call centre experience – Advantageous
