Foundation Manager

📍 Location: Knysna, Western Cape, South Africa

Role Overview

The Foundation Manager will report directly to both the Executive Head of Oakhill School and the Oakhill Foundation Trust.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the following areas:

  • Fundraising Strategy and Targets

  • Donor Relations

  • Bursary Student Management

  • Sponsorship Procurement

  • Alumni Engagement


Required Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and financial literacy

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to inspire others and collaborate across all levels

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • An outgoing personality that can relate across diverse cultures

  • Experience in the PBO (Public Benefit Organisation) or education sectors
