Key Responsibilities:

Teach Grade 2 Foundation Phase learners with a focus on developing foundational skills.

Incorporate innovative use of technology to enhance learning in the classroom.

Actively engage with school life, contributing to the extra-curricular activities and overall school community.

Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a dynamic and effective learning environment.

Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the efficient running of daily activities.

Foster a motivated and enthusiastic classroom environment where learners are encouraged to thrive.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Teacher’s Qualification is required.
-
SACE Registration (South African Council for Educators).
-
Teaching experience at an Independent School is advantageous.
-
Experience teaching in the Foundation Phase, particularly Grade 2.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Passion for teaching young children with a commitment to dynamic, practical teaching methods.
-
Innovative use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.
-
Must be efficient, well-organized, and enthusiastic.
